The client was seriously injured in an automobile accident. The defendant only had a $100,000 policy. Our clients’ injuries exceeded the defendant’s insurance policy limits. We proceeded against our client’s own commercial automobile policy for additional insurance coverage and were successful obtaining a portion of that policy as well. The client was pleased with the outcome and the speed of the recovery.
