When you have a verbal threshold declaration on your policy to summarize you will have to prove permanency at the time of trial and the jury will be read the verbal threshold jury instruction as where there must be permanency. When you have a zero threshold on your policy there is no such permanency jury instruction and permanency is not an issue as to your injuries.
