What if I decide I don’t want my auto insurance policy or my resident relatives policy to be billed?

If you have PIP coverage available to you, either through your own policy, your resident relatives, or the host vehicles insurance and you fail to submit those bills and submit a claim, then you may be responsible for those bills personally.
